We offer evidence analysis and feedback for your individual hearing notices of filing so that you provide the strongest legal and factual arguments for your client's case.
We also provide document review and editing of your motions, briefs or notices of filing. Note: we do not "ghost write" briefs or motions, we review and edit them for format and legal sufficiency in order to ensure compliance with EOIR requirements as well as persuasiveness of arguments.

Let’s explore what we can create together.

(Coming January 2026) Our exclusive Fractional Of Counsel provides your firm hands-on access to an elite faculty of former immigration judges and seasoned DOJ litigation attorneys. Our faculty acts as your strategic partner, dedicating 5 to 10 hours weekly to mentor, review, guide, and provide actionable feedback specific to your active cases. We work on a retainer basis and limit the number of clients to ensure every engagement is transformative. Clients receive white-glove support that elevates litigation skills, strengthens your case preparation, empowers your attorneys to confidently navigate hearings and federal filings and -most importantly - builds competency and capacity from within.
Spaces are limited and the program operates on a waitlist; firms selected for January 2026 will experience a truly bespoke and high-impact mentorship.
